The Amoled or Super Amoled display is generally considered to be the best due to good colors and low battery consumption but for long term use Super Amoled has screen burn problems with direct sunlight problem Amoled.  The display is very leafy so it helps to keep the phone size smaller when the touch panel is integrated into Samsung's Super Amoled display. This means that the Samsung display is thinner but more expensive.

TFT: This is the dirtiest quality of the screen. Quality with very low color range is also not special.
